Smoking Cessation Program
Smokeless® ends December 31, 2013
Retirees and their dependents who are enrolled in a PG&E-sponsored medical plan can participate in Smokeless®, PG&E's free tobacco cessation program. Smokeless® is a proven way to become tobacco-free and is administered in conjunction with the American Institute for Preventive Medicine.
You can enroll in Smokeless® anytime; this program is not part of Open Enrollment. After you enroll, you'll receive one year of unlimited coaching by phone, eight weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (gum or patch), a self-help guide and relaxation CDs or tapes.
Smokeless® has been implemented at more than 3,000 companies, hospitals and government agencies over the last 23 years, resulting in an employee success rate of 45 percent after just one year of participation. Tobacco Cessation Program Administered by Provant Health Solutions
Provant Health Solutions offers a free tobacco cessation program for you and your family. You'll get a five-week, phone-based program with one-on-one support with a certified tobacco cessation specialist. Nicotine replacement therapy is available to complement the program.
