Rules, Regulations & Administrative Information
This section describes a number of regulations that apply to the benefits described in this Handbook, and provides some administrative details about the plans.
Not all of the plans in the Handbook are subject to all of the same laws. For example, some plans are subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) while others are not. For information on which laws cover the plans, see "Administrative Information" for each plan. All of the plans listed under "Administrative Information" are subject to ERISA, with the exception of the Health and Welfare Benefits Pre-Tax Plan.
